Tap the menu icon in Chrome's top-right corner.

Confirm. Done — the icon appears on your home screen and app drawer.

Look for the install icon in your browser's address bar (Chrome or Edge).

Click it, then click Install.

Done — Silent Quiz opens in its own window and gets added to your desktop/taskbar.
